Obviously we are always on hand to visit your place of work be it an office, factory or warehouse should you have a computer or network failure and our response times are second to none.

Our computer services and maintenance are both proactive and reactive. We monitor your backups and Server updates for you and we also check in advance for the faults that our experience tells us may cause your business an issue in the future.

Once a support contract is in place your staff can call or email us direct and we can fix their issue remotely and in good time. Helping your business to keep running and reduce network failures is our key focus.

Our maximum response time from a technician is less than an hour and we even offer our IT support contract on a Monthly rolling basis or pay as you go  to help spread the costs. Also this helps new customers to try us as you can cancel our contract at the end of a month should you ever not be happy with us – we must add that we have never lost a support customer yet and we are in our fifth year!
