Once a support contract is in place your staff can call or email us direct and we can fix their issue remotely and in good time. Helping your business to keep running and reduce network failures is our key focus.
Our maximum response time from a technician is less than an hour and we even offer our IT support contract on a Monthly rolling basis or pay as you go to help spread the costs. Also this helps new customers to try us as you can cancel our contract at the end of a month should you ever not be happy with us – we must add that we have never lost a support customer yet and we are in our fifth year!
